    Make sure you order all items needed before paying them. If you are the least hesitant about the price of something make sure you redline that item and discuss costs. I am now 30 thousand over initial cost of a remodel. The owner, screamed at me and threatened to take me to court when called to discuss the cost of a shower door and screamed repeatedly saying and I will take you to court, I will. I have done it to customers before and I will do it again, I will take you to court screaming at me into the phone. I am concerned that they will come to my home and try to take the door back, I am afraid of retaliation by the owners of Cleaver's farm and home. I feel like I have been terrorized to the point that I am afraid they will come when I am not at home and break into my garage to take the item back. I even discussed making two payments.
