    Does ANYONE at all know how to reach the Snowglobe Express in Baldwin City, KS? They took $509.95 of our money and "POOF" gone and no one available to speak to. They had to cancel our tour last December and would not refund us; however, they allowed us to fill out a form to use the money towards tickets this year instead. Years and years of wonderful comments and folks I know loving it and now this new owner is non existent! As is our $509.95. If you have any information at all, please DM me. I have left messages with the Chamber of Commerce and next I may drive to Baldwin City ...grrrr

    We bought seven tickets from Snow Globe Express for 12/23 and Snow Globe cancelled due to weather. We were told that there were no refunds and we could only redeem after Christmas on select dates. This was a Christmas ride where you see santa and reindeer. Our kids don't want to see Santa after Christmas. We don't understand why Snow Globe Express wouldn't refund our tickest. When contacted Snow Globe, they were very rude and unprofessional.
