    Owner is non responsive, employees in Service Department are rude and unprofessional! Refuse to provide service to customers unless you purchase product from them. This business is a Grand Design dealer and are responsible to provide warranty work on all Grand Design products but refuse to provide that service.

    Customer Valentine purchased their camper from a RV Dealership out of state. Our service department recommended that Customer Valentine return to the purchasing dealership for immediate punch list of items that needed repairs as this is standardly covered by selling dealership. This is customary practice in the RV Industry. We are currently 12 weeks out with servicing customers who purchased from our dealership. Customer Valentine was given the opportunity to be put on a waitlist but stated that he would take his business elsewhere.
