    I recently had an unfortunate experience with Claghorn Custom Flooring ********** that significantly disrupted my familys lives (in the home we live in). There was an extensive delay of 8 days between the removal of our old flooring and the installation of the new flooring, leaving us in a disorganized state with most of our belongings packed away.The major issue arose when they tore out our old flooring without having the new product in their possession. Unfortunately, the arrival date of the new flooring was unknown due to shipping complications. While I understand that shipping delays can happen, demolishing our floors without a definite plan for the new installation was unacceptable.Despite voicing my concerns, the co-owner, ******, was unwilling to take responsibility for or offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience mentioned above. Furthermore, the installation team made numerous additional errors during the process, including mishandling our furniture, and damaging various items such as the ceilings, plumbing, door jams, and more. While they attempted to rectify some of these issues, the overall experience was marred by a lack of attention to detail and care for our property. And we are left with a long list of repairs and more inconveniences.Additionally, the flooring quote from Claghorn had errors on it (which I realized after signing) and ****** refused to make the corrections. The errors benefited her company.Regrettably, the high price I paid for Claghorns services did not align with the quality of work provided, and my decision to support this local, family-owned business turned out to be a disappointing mistake.I hope that Claghorn Custom Flooring takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their processes and customer service to prevent similar experiences for others in the future.
