    Purchased a Furnace and New ** unit. After only having these installed for less than 6 months we attempted to use the ** to find out they sold us a lemon as the motor already has to be replaced. I have a chronic health issue with the heat going to be extremely hot getting this fixed is essential. We were told that they received the part but could not install until later the next day. Which has had us make a decision to get the next available appointment and go with out air-conditioning or miss our Granddaughters graduation.

    I have used Control Tech since they installed a completely new system at our old house. That was in 2009. Control Tech has always been very prompt in their arrival times and the technicians have always seem to be very dedicated and competent when it comes to maintaining our heating and cooling equipment. In our latest heating check up in December 2024, our technician ******, performed all of the necessary checks and determine the system was running about as well as it could run for an eight-year-old system. He was thorough In his checks, and even fixed some of the internal insulation that had come loose, which was blocking the blower motor from running efficiently. I really appreciate ****** and Control Tech dedication to their service and will continue to use them for all of my HVAC needs.
