"Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated during my appointment, I called stating that I would be a few minutes late and they explained I might need to reschedule, which I said would be fine - without going into much detail that I was traveling from ************* on the other side of town - I just explained I was stuck in traffic. I arrived 12 minutes late, and was greeted with attitude so I explained I could reschedule if I needed to, ********* took me back and basically told me "you're going to be alright without being numb, right" and I reassured her, yeah that's fine, and while she readjusted the ** for my comfort I said I know I'm late you don't have to worry about we can go ahead and get started, and she very rudely said "I have a family and a parent teacher conference that I need to get to" and I said I'm so sorry, you're so lucky." ...
