"My inground pool was installed 10 years ago by a pool contractor (not a BBB member) on the south side of ************, and I naturally used them for opening and closing the pool each season and for monthly pool cleaning service; however, over the years, their service became shoddy and opening the pool became a nightmare as they routinely pushed my opening date back later and later until this year in mid-June.
