They do not stand behind their return policy or the cancellation. In December of 2022. I was having problems with my HP printer connecting to my computer and internet. I followed the manual. So I called HP, told them my problem, which was that I could not get the printer to connect to my computer or the internet. Then they told me they would connect me to a tech that would resolve my problem. So I was speaking with a man that told me step by step what to do. I did it then that didn't work so he took over my computer. After he did what ever it was my printer worked. So then he tells me the plan would cost me $250.00 for 2 yrs, I told him that I wasn't aware that I was talking to a tech business. I thought I was talking to HP tech department. He then told me he could give me 3 yrs for $250.00. I told him I couldn't do right then and if I didn't purchase the program or their services were they going to mess my computer up. Then he said he would call me back, the next day to see if I could figure out what financially I could do. In that time span my printer quit working. So I called them back he took control of my computer, the printer started working. So I did so switching of my bills and paid the $250.00. With in one day the printer quit working. Then I read their policy which, stated if I wasn't completely satisfied, or the problem they dealt with, was not working they would refund my money. So since the $250.00 was still pending, I ask the bank to not pay it well they did and investigation which took until March 20,2023. My bank sent me a letter stating that Pro It Solutions said I participated in the transaction so the bank did a reversal of the provisionally credit. I am so upset, I have a printer that won't respond and I am out $250.00, I live on social security. $250.00 is a lot of money to me. I would appreciate if Pro It Solutions could aide me in someway.*********************
