      0/5. Charges overdraft fees for the tiniest stuff and doesn't care about their customers. I'm leaving asap and finding another bank. Would NEVER RECOMMEND.

      We are truly sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced regarding overdraft fees. We strive to be transparent about our fee structure,and while overdraft fees are a part of our policies, but understand that situations can arise where they catch our members off guard. We provide many tools, such as account alerts that can help avoid situations, such as overdrafts and are continuously looking for ways to improve our communication regarding fees and provide more clarity to our customers.
