    I purchased the tank sealer kit from them back in December. I explained to customer service via phone and email that after following each and every step thoroughly and taking more than recommended minimum time between steps the product delaminated after only 3 months and proceeded to ruin my fuel pump. I asked for a refund and they told me that I have to request it from where I purchased it which is ******, however ****** has a policy for 30days. I have 18 years of automotive experience and this item certainly did not do what it advertised to do. They should have refunded me my money.

    The customer did NOT purchase from *********************. He bought a product from Amazon. Obviously, we are unable to refund money that was never paid to us in the first place. It is simply not possible.

    Poor customer service. Will not respond to my problem and refuses to talk to me. They sent wrong product and will not admit it was their mistake. I know several people that use this company and chose to take their advise by using them. It's a shame they chose to treat customers with no respect.
