    March of 2021-November 2023. Had a house fire which was devastating. Called Servpro of ************** and to my dismay they turned out to do MORE damage than the fire and the fire department. The owner *********************** held our property hostage to make sure he was paid. We received broken, NOT cleaned (but wrapped) items and items were STOLEN! When the owner *********************** was notified he said that he cant watch everything HIS employees did! He told ** HE LOST his shirt in payment over our job (money wise). Well guess what! We *************! They are more concerned about money than their clients and what they are going through. I would NEVER recommend them to do the clean-up of a dog house. This was NOT the first time we have dealt with this company, make sure you check your inventory of equipment used in your house, because *********************** will bill you for equipment that they NEVER used! I know because he wrote me an reimbursement check for over $3000 in over charges for HEPA filters which were not even in our home being used. **** will tell you dont worry its NOT your money, its the insurance paying. Well, ****************! when your premium goes up due to the cost being billed for the cleanup or your insurance company drops you due to the cost. Youll understand. So for him to have the nerve to say that to me, just think what hes doing to other people and saying the same thing they just didnt understand what he means. youve been warned, youve been told, its all on you now. I wish you the best of luck if you use Servpro of ***********,** owner: ***********************. you will have broken, not cleaned and stolen items from Servpro, ***********, ******* owner ***********************.
