    So Im doing this review because my mom doesnt do reviews and has been ROBBED for *******!!! I have been by her side through every bit of business that was done with this horrible company so here we go!!! This place is terrible! They do not return calls, they want your down payment but then when they dont stick to what they say, they dont call back and they never treat you like a customer - when you ask for a refund...they threaten to call the police if you show up at the office to just get YOUR money back??!! I just checked several places and they have so many bad reviews-all the same issues- robbing people-keeping peoples money- lying to get hundreds more than what the job actually costs!!?? She asked for a refund on Monday- its now Friday and she was told Wednesday the deposit would be in her account Thursday morning- it wasn't. Now shes being told they are out of the office till Monday (which is a lie we called and asked) and according to profiles everywhere-they are open until 5pm??!! After questioning the deposit this morning(Friday) she was told that they'll mail a check NEXT WEEK!!!?? Then being super mad about her FOUR THOUSAND dollars she said she was going to contact our family attorney and was then told BY THE ***** "I can send a cashiers check if your going to do that! and that will take even longer!" This place has SCAM ALL OVER IT!!! What A JOKE!! MY GUESS IS!!!! THEY DONT HAVE HER MONEY PERIOD! NOT AT ALL-NO WAY TO PAY HER! She'd rather have a cashiers check ANYWAY so that she knows the money is actually good!!! This place is terrible and I will do what ever I can to make sure people stop getting literally robbed by this terrible business.The owner is ******* and *** is the office lady that made it clear my mother was NOT a customer- of course not -they already got her money!! you can delete my review but I will keep posting them- and i have everything to back up every word thats been said- texts, phone calls, emails, all of it.
