  Dont even wanna give a 1 star. Im aware of what as is means but my car died less then 24 hours after purchase talked with two mechanics who said it isnt the battery or alternator called and asked if we could work something out and they told me good luck I was told the car was owned by an elderly couple so it was in good condition was the exact words. I went in with my grandma, so we were two females who knew nothing but cars and f taken advantage was my fear and it was exactly what happened. They told me I should a known better and taken it to a mechanic this was my first time buying a car off lot so didnt know that was allowed. And said if they knew of the problem it would have gone to auction. Spent thousands to get the car just to turn around and spend thousands right away for repairs. Was really disappointed they couldnt agree to a free oil change was compensation.

  Purchased a 2011 **** f350 diesel pickup from this location, they stated truck was ran through their ase certified shop. Drive the truck for a few days after the purchase. With the air conditioning on and kept getting a Freon smell inside the truck, took the truck to my local **** dealer, they stated the ac evaporator has a leak and that truck had been recharged with stop leak, they quoted repair at $1,935 and ***** car company has not offered to help with this repair, poor business practice & will not be buying a vehicle from this company ever again and I will tell every person as well. I kinda thought if their shop had done a full inspection and serviced the truck honestly then this should have been fixed or atleast advertise or tell the customer that ac does not work. Their servicing was just changing the oil lmfao. I took filter was full of dirt, the fuel filter had not been changed. What a joke.

  IF YOURE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A CAR WITH CASH DO NOT SHOP HERE ! GO ELSEWHERE ! WE PURCHASED A TRUCK 11 months ago from them. We started having problems with our truck so we needed to get it fixed. When purchasing the vehicle we also purchased the warranty for $2k . We called the warranty company to start a claim and they tell us we no longer have coverage because the coverage was cancelled a couple weeks after purchasing BY THE DEALERSHIP ! I couldnt believe it ! We instantly called the dealership and of course they gave us the run around telling us no one would do that etc etc. So I call corporate and long story short the purchase papers they have on file are NOT the purchase papers I signed !!! The SELLER filed papers without the warranty information FORGED MY HUSBANDS SIGNATURE & STOLE OUR MONEY ! Had we not had our purchase papers we would have been screwed ! It wouldve been our word against theirs ! One paper there was no signature. One paper he forged the signature ! Were definitely taking this to court ! They had no remorse about the situation. The manager ******* ***** ! He was rude, cussing and didnt care about the situation ! Im attaching the phone conversation ! Listen how he was talking to us ! IF YOU PURCHASED A CAR WITHIN A YEAR FROM A MAN NAME ******* CHECK YOUR WARRANTY etc. AND NEVER SHOP WITH R&B ! They dont care about their customers and let their employees STEAL !

  Once we learned of the situation for *********, we immediately contacted the warranty company and made it right with them. We did have a problem salesman that cost us thousands in stolen money and we did not know that he had taken money from this customer also until we heard from them. Since the phone call the warranty they paid for has been put in place and they used it for the repair they initially called on. So nothing was ever stolen from this customer, they have the vehicle they paid for and the warranty they paid for. We absolutely care about our customers and the salesman was fired immediately and charges were pressed against him when we figured out he was stealing money.
