    After the storm of March 30, having no luck finding someone to remove tree from roof, Above and Beyond did respond. Feeling under extreme duress, I felt I had no other choice but sign their contract. They wanted $10,000 to remove the tree from my roof. The insurance company told me it had to be removed before they would inspect the roof for ***airs. The tree put a hole through the ceiling and water was getting in. Their *** assured me that the insurance company would pay, and not to let the insurance company "bully me". Turns out insurance only covers $500 for a tree! The tree company removed most of the tree but didn't remove all of the debris. I have cleaned up as much as I could but I don't expect them to return. I haven't heard of anyone being charged that much for a tree removal, even in an emergency situation. Everyone I've talked to agreed it was price gouging!

    Mr. ***** called our company in a panic. Worried about the hole in his roof & the rain that was coming; we came right out that evening, once the contract was signed we dispatched a crew. The tree was removed from the dwelling per the contract the same day during the night. We stopped back by the next day to remove the additional debris from the backyard that another contractor started to cut up but did not finish & left. There were people working in the yard so we were unable to complete the additional clean up - which is not required per the contract. After reading this review I contacted the homeowner, who is understandably upset & stressed out. The insurance company hasnt responded to much of anything & hes concerned about getting stuck with a bill. We reassured him that we use national average rates & we have access to hundreds or possibly even thousands of comparable paid invoices for similar work. We use a 3rd party billing service that specializes in insurance billing. We came right out as requested during the time of need & fulfilled the need as discussed. We will continue to have the homeowners back during this process & I believe everyone is now back on the same page. Its a learning curve & some trust is required from all parties involved.

    We have used Above and Beyond for the last 4 years for Christmas lights. Always professional, they follow through with scheduled time, and appreciative of our business. I would highly recommend not only for Christmas lights service but any service they have to offer. Above and Beyond is a top notch business.

    They did a great job taking down a big Oak in my yard. Job was done very quickly. Nice job cleaning up. Minimal cleanup to deal with. Very professional service. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a tree down, or other yard work taken care of.
