Failure to provide the complete service that I was quoted and paid for. Failure to fully inspect my still leaking basement. Inspector left without providing a proposed solution after I raised my voice to express my dissatisfaction. Impossible to reach anyone in authority at ***************************. Staff took exception to the fact that I called several times trying to get some resolution to the problem. So-called support representative was evasive, full of excuses, and continued to tell me that I had got what I paid for, completely ignoring the fact that Everdry had not installed the drain pipe and dry well that was clearly shown on my quote. Support seemed more concerned with my having called the Inspector a "wimp" in a voicemail that I had left than with trying to resolve my problem. Refused to give even an approximate date by which he would discuss the matter with the slick sales person who first visited. I needed this information in order to be able to inform the decking contractor who is on site trying to restore the deck that, of necessity, was torn up while installing the waterproofing. Overall, a frustrating experience. 72 hours later, I still have not heard back from the "production manager " for whom I left 3 voicemail messages. Thoroughly disappointed with the entire process.Review fromScott P

Everdry does an excellent job from start to finish. **************** and communication is always available and the workmanship is a well oiled machine. ***** and **** came out and helped me work through the situation and set up a plan. On our set date, ***** and his crew came out to my property and they were punctual, respectful and efficient. Make sure to buy these guys lunch if they are doing work on your home. They work hard to get it done. I would recommend Everdry to anyone with a wet basement.Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana
