  BBA did an amazing job on our initial heat treatment and every spray so far after. They are very professional and always answer any questions we have. They are discreet and understanding to this being a situation that no one wants to be in. We have used ******* from the beginning and trust him in our home. We have had no issues at all since our heat treatment.

  ***** has been to my house a couple times to do preventative treatments. ******************* and thorough. Everyone from this company that has been to my house, from the initial heat treatment to the quarterly preventative treatments over the last year and a half has been extremely professional in their work and always ready to answer any questions I may have. Home has been bug free since their initial treatment.

  This was the worst waste of time and money I have ever come across. They guarantee one day eradication which is the furthest thing from the truth. They charge too much money for a service that they know does not work. They say theyll keep coming out. The information they are giving in order to attract and maintain consumers goes against the Consumer Protection Act, which protects us from misleading, false information, or intentionally withholding information to get business. They do not tell you that they have to keep coming to your house until after you sign the contract. Not only that, but each time they come I have to spend extra hundreds of dollars just to stay away from my own home. There is absolutely no reason whoever does marketing for this business, changed the guarantee from 3 day eradication to one day, knowing they claim you cant kill them with heat or spray alone you have to do both, and they do not ********** the first day, they do it at your follow-up. I have had 5 treatments so far 2 heat treatments and 3 steam and sprays and IT DOES NOT WORK. This company is just taking peoples money because they know that were in desperate need of help. The people are nice, but thats their job. Id be nice too, if my company was getting paid ***** per house and I get a piece of the pot. Nothing of what they tell you is true THEY DO NOT ERADICATE THE PROBLEM. The preventative plan is just a way for them to get even more money out of you.
