    We are owner of and apartment complex. We do NOT buy houses. We haven't reach out to anyone on buying anything. They need to get their information straight.

    The nature of my dispute is my property manager is forcing us to pay for a refrigerator gasket bill that we wrongly got accused of "neglecting".
    The so-called business has not tried to resolve or talk to us in any way after those emails. She is the only person that I can talk to about any of this and hasn't even tried to be understanding or explain anything to me. She claims that the "Whirlpool expert said it didn't come all off by itself plus all the tape on it has been there for a while. Also by the build-up in the freezer. He just temporarily attached it is not sealing properly". This does not make any sense. We live here and she would rather instead of asking her tenants any questions, listen to a "Whirlpool expert" about what we did apparently? He has no idea what happened and neither does she. False accusations and assuming are just not right and is something I would like for her to discuss with me, please. I just want her to talk to me, I have tried calling her multiple times and she has been ignoring me even though she will claim she hasn't. From my understanding, she is not a good property manager. As the reviews on MCO properties mention her specifically and are terrible. This is an ongoing behavior. To add more information, she has falsely accused me and my girlfriend of other things in the past as well, which I did not include in the pictures. But just know that she has done other things that caused us great mental stress. The thing she did falsely accuse us of, nothing ever happened because it wasn't our fault. I would prefer to not have to pay for the gasket bill. Thank you so much and I ask please help us resolve this issue. The number provided is correct.
