  I rented a car and parked it outside my home at *********************. I went inside to get the permit and as soon as I walked in the building they towed it immediately.I got off work, Picked the car up, then headed towards home to put the permit in window.I had just returned from receiving the car. They watched me enter the complex and without warrant they took my rental within 5 minutes of me running into my home to grab the permit.when you call theyre 24 hour service phone number after businesses hoursThe operator does not know the address to the lot, any information about your car, nor can they get in contact with the tow truck driver. The company will take your car and give you no information until the following business day.this company uses shady business moves cover theyre immoral tracks legally. I am writing this review to warn people in my town about this business thats operating in bad faith. Thank you.

  I believe you are speaking on the blue ***** If this is correct, you were parked in a resident only spot with no permit. Even with a visitor pass, you couldnt park there as the spot was marked with red which means residents only...visitors can only park in certain areas marked with green.
  
  These are not our rules, these are the rules of the private property where you were at and they ask us to enforce.
  
  We are sorry you by your own admission that you did not have ANY pass at all on display and were towed due to violating the rules of the property.   I would encourage you to have the permit in the car and park in the correct spot in future

   

  We are happy to supply pictures that were taken before car was put on our tow truck showing the violation.  While we certainly sympathize with the reviewer, they were towed due to their own actions of violating the private properties rules that they were at.

  Dear ******************, 

   

  We are sorry to see your review of our company. We recommend in the future to please follow property rules you are visiting and pay attention to signs at entrances that unauthorized vehicles can be towed.  You were told multiple times when you could pick up your vehicle the next day. You decided to show up to our property, cornering our driver which resulted in the cops being called.  Despite putting our driver in a dangerous situation, we still released your vehicle to you that night against our normal protocol. 

   

  We wish you nothing but the best and encourage you to follow private property rules in future

  According to ************* law, you are REQUIRED to give a ***** hour notice before towing a vehical. 3 cars that belonged to members of my family were towed without required legal notices, meaning that this company is in violation of the law. IN Code 9-22-1-15/16 clearly states that to remove a vehical you "shall attach in a prominent place a notice tag containing... The date, time, name, and address of the person who owns or controls the private property and a telephone number... [and] That the vehicle will be removed after twenty-four (24) hours." IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THE *** HAS A PERMIT OR NOT, THIS IS THE LAW!That is why they sneak around ********** Apartments at 3AM, so they can steal cars without repurcussions. They also bank on people not knowing their legal rights.

  We can't respond to this specific complaint because the customer did not let us know which cars they are referring to.  That being said, we can kind of guess because this person left the same review on our ****** Page.

  Like we said on our ****** page, they are not reading and understanding the law correctly.  The law that they mentioned applies to public property or property that does not have towing signs up.  ********** apartments is PRIVATE property with TOW SIGNINGS put up around the property.  With private property, if you do not follow the rules of the property, they have a right to have the vehicle removed immediately.  The reason we tow at night is because this is the requested time to patrol the property, we cannot patrol before or after the time the property states.

   

  We are sorry that this customer is upset, but we HAVE followed the law correctly and are happy to provide pictures of the vehicles before we towed to show why they were towed.

  This business only take cash and make wrong information to take money from people. They are hiding and tow car.
