      I have used them for several years to perform an annual termite inspection. They invoice $119.50 for the annual termite renewal. Plus you can add $55.00 for a special for General Spray. Upon closer investigation, the service for the termite inspection is $69.50. They have included $55.00 in the $119.50 and makes it look like its for the annual termite inspection. They potentially will receive the $55.00 twice if you select to have this service performed. I have brought this billing method up for two+ years but they keep trying to over charge me. I feel this practice is false and they are trying to overcharge customers. Even though they say they fix the problem, it appears annually on their invoice. I feel sorry for customers who unintentionally pay too much for this service. Donna F
