    My brother took his truck to Gene Bills Garage a year ago for repairs. He was quoted $5500 however when the work was complete it was jumped up to $6500 because the mechanic forgot to add some items. The work was paid for and the truck was pick up. The day the truck was picked up my brother broke down on his way to work in Louisville with oil spilling everywhere. He had to have to truck towed back to Gene Bills Garage where they determined the mechanic had failed to install the screws that held in his oil pan therefore allowing all the oil to drain. The truck re-entered the shop in September of 2023 where it has set until this week waiting for parts to come in for the shop to fix their error. The shop has been dismissive, not taken responsibility for their mechanics errors and still had not fixed the damage despite having $6500. We had the truck towed to another local mechanic who has told us the engine is now shot due to the oil being drained when parts were not put on correctly. I would not recommend this garage to anyone. Very disappointed in the work, communication and lack of ownership being taken for the poor woor.
