I have been a customer of ******************** for nearly 10 years now. Their products and technology are awesome. I have had some minor problems some on my side and some product however they have always worked with me to quickly address the concern and fix the root cause of the problem. I would highly recommend US Water Systems.

My 20 year old water softener developed a crack in the salt reservoir so I did a lot of research regarding a replacement and decided on US Water Systems. The unit was delivered in good time and because my plumbing was already in I was able to replace it myself. The instructions were vague in some areas but I was able to get the job completed. Any time I called the staff were very helpful and patient. This was about 5 years ago. I was very pleased with the operation of the system and it used considerably less salt than our original system. In April of 2022 we moved to a new home and because of my satisfaction with the US Water system I ordered the same for our new home. I looked at the plumbing and decided I better get someone to set this one up. I added a prefilter to this set up due to the fact we were now on a Rural Water District supply. I paid $450 for the plumber and feel if I had shopped around more I could have had it done for half that. The four hour job I was quoted took only about an hour and a half. We have been using this system for almost a year and I have been equally pleased with the results compared to our original experience. My son is now shopping for a water softener and I am recommending US Water Systems to him.
