    Do NOT have any services completed here. The owner is verbally abusive and aggressive. She charges outrageous prices for simply alterations, refuses an estimate, and is explosive if you question any of her decisions. This business only accepts cash or payments made through cash apps. Payment cannot be made by any traceable transaction sich as a debt or credit card or check and she claims she doesnt speak or understand English when asked for a receipt or payment confirmation. The owner threatened to destroy my dress if payment was not made at her pricing and in cash. After picking up my dress, she flipped me off and told me to go to h*** Very poor business etiquette.

    This lady is rude and misunderstood on the price that seamstresses all around charge for alterations. She refuses to provide an estimate for the cost of services even after seeing the item and refuses to prove receipt of payment for services. My dress cost me $70 and she tried to charge me $150 for a simple hem. I told her the dress was fine otherwise and she took it in anyway because I had wiggle room. When I asked her to stop work on my dress due to her outrageous cost, she refused, finished my dress and told me I could not pick up my dress unless I paid her the full amount. Do not use this ladys services!!! She is not running a business properly, refuses to provide accurate and consistent prices for services and treats customers with utter disrespect the moment they disagree with a choice shes made. Please look elsewhere if you want quality and KIND service at an AFFORDABLE price..this lady is outrageous!

    Charged $70 for alteration of long sleeves of two button down shirts. (I bought the shirts for $25 ea). While the shirts were altered fine, Id have never in a million years guessed she was going to charge that much. I about had a heart attack when she told me $70. Ill never return.
