"They offer cheaper tickets to be purchased at the venue but then they never send you the tickets through text like they're suppose to. We lost out on one concert because we never got the tickets." ... Read full review

"Will never do another concert at ruoff as they forced concert goers to sit on the ground in the dirt as they let bands control how thier customers get treated like trash and they think it's OK will never do another staind concert anywhere they play as they are the reason we have to sit on a dirty ground cause they don't want to allow blankets or chairs at thier concerts."
