  Korte did all the plumbing for the builder of my residence. After I purchased and moved in the stool in the master bath leaked. Korte returned and did some maintenance giving me some plumbing data only another plumber would understand. 1 year after moving in the same stool has leaked 5 times. Korte did maintenance on the drain, they replaced the stool and still I have Leakes. On one visit they flushed the stool 30 times and told me they could not find any problems and left. Granted it seem to flush fine then all of a sudden it will leak water over the bath room floor. After this last leak they will not even return my call.

  Needed major electrical work done on an older home, both inside and outside, and therefore called Korte. **** and *** are the best - on time, knowledgeable, took the time to explain what they were doing, made certain everything was working and cleaned the area they were working in before leaving.Now 3 generations of my family have used Korte and will continue to do so.Thanks to **** and ***.

  Not happy at all with Korte. Last week the pilot light on my water heater went out and I was unable to get it back on by myself. Because I pay for warranty on my water heater and furnance I gave the warranty company a call. They directed me to find a provider in my area who was 24 hours to get this issue fixed. Korte was called and I was directed to a technician within the hour. When asked how old my water heater (10 years) I was basically told well they go out after a decade prior to coming to my home to see it in person. Once he arrived he was able to get the pilot light on and basically said that the area around the water heater needed to be clear of debris which we did. A day later the pilot light was out again! We call another company who lets me know that the pilot light keeps going out because the element is broken and needs to be repaired. Korte never checked for this. Now I am without hot water for the past four days and waiting on a part to be ordered. Had this been addressed when Korte initially came perhaps this could have been avoided. I left a ****** review stating this but they deleted it without apologizing or even trying to remedy my concern. I wanted to make sure this review was seen this time around. I don't appreciate how they are suppressing bad reviews instead of coming to the table to see how they can fix it.

  Quick response and excellent work. The electrician and assistant were organized and knowledgable as well friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!
