This company appears to be a big company but its management is really a joke. We have spent there more than 200k buying materials for our new house we built last year and when it came to solving problems and damages made by their delivery guys they shied away of it. There is several things that went wrong starting with the delivery of my bar area cabinets. First of all we received the bar area and mud room cabinets quite late, 6 months after original contract approval and when the house was finished and all floor laid out. They deliberately without anyone consent delivered all the cabinets on the hardwood floor without any protection and off course damaging floors with several scratches and deep marks. They realized the damages on the floor and sent couple of guys to assess. They clearly acknowledged the damages and asked me to get an estimate for the repair. I submitted $700 estimate repair but the management sent me an email to not to pay for these damages as I was supposed to cover the floors or damages could have existed from before, even though we laid the floor two days prior. Crazy... Second, the cabinets in the mud room are not aligning and the paint is murky, definitely poor job done. The installer mentioned when he was leaving that he will have to come back to fix a few things there but never showed up after. We called a couple of times to schedule but no one came in. Third, while installing cabinets in the basement area, they made quite few wall damages on the wall for which they were notified and asked to fix but never heard back of them. Fourth, during the construction we had a several returns of extra material we purchased and they came to pick up but there was always a month or longer before credited. They would forget about it and if you don't ask, you will never received it. It is frustrating that those companies don't stand behind their jobs for which they are very well paid for and they are not willing to work things out.
