    "4 months ago went to get a water pump changed, I had called to ask that since the water pump going out is a VERY well known issues with this model car and that it is so expensive to fix if they would work on the price of it with me to retain a customer. The employee told me they could do it for 1500$, AFTER they get it tore down he calls to say he miscalculated the cost and that it would be 2700$, THEN he calls the next day to tell me the mechanic broke the valve cover that it was going to be another 300$." ...
