Got in an accident around December. The keys to the vehicle were lost and they filed a new claim for that by itself. They have no records of calls being made to them which is impossible because we had an open claim so there had to be communication. They didnt give the *** the Coc so licenses were suspended and this is after we had previously contacted them to say that they hadnt contacted the ***. They also dropped us from the insurance and then made us pay the $300 fee for cancellation. Probably the worst insurance company weve ever dealt with when it comes to them doing the job they are literally paid to do.
