    We just moved into the area and having bought a "more fixer than upper" knew it would need a lot of work. We 1st called to have a water heater fixed and had them quote ** a new furnace and ac. The web site made it very easy to set up financing and the rates were not high like I expected. We called to set the order up and the office staff was just as friendly as the installers. Very professional and respectful of property. Everything was cleaned up better than they found it. Your place of business is very much appreciated.

    My furnace pilot light went out 4/1/23. Very cold. Called 2 24hr services. No call back from first one. Found Miles Heating and Cooling.. Autumn, super sweet, called me back after checking with the Tech on duty. Made apptmt. for next morning before I had to go to work. ****** and son **** out there right on time. Very professional, very courteous, very friendly.. Gave me expert instructions on what had to be done to resolve the issue. **** checked, and then rechecked to make sure everything was safe.. Appreciate the attention to work detail. Very Knowlegable about my particular brand of gas furnace, which is older. I completely trust them for future work. This is the way Workmanship should be done in any business. Miles Heating and Cooling have set the example!! I am talking to anyone I meet,at work, about this company.. Thank You ******, ****** and ****!! ************
