      My provider, *********, appears to have been acquired by ExperiGreen. Beginning late 2024, through the Spring of 2025, I made numerous attempts to cancel my service. I emailed, spoke to representatives via phone, and stopped the technician from treating my lawn telling them each time to cancel my service. However, they records are so poor they still applied treatment. Now they are demanding payment and sending it to collections.

      had been a customer for many years. Last year, my service for my lawn left a lot to be desired. It looked awful, I called and complained, and I talked to the tech who came out. So this year, I did not renew. They came to my home and did a treatment without my consent in March. I have called 3x and spoke to ***** A manager was supposed to come out to talk with me and look over my lawn. That never happened. I have received invoices for the treatment I did not order or want. The last *** I spoke with said she would take care of everything and cancel the invoice. Though I had solved the issue, I got a collection notice today. Not a happy customer! I will be telling everyone about my experience with your company.

That said, we understand that expectations were not met, and we take full responsibility for that. All of our services are guaranteed, and we regret that your lawn did not meet the standards you expected.
      We also acknowledge your request for a manager to visit your property, and we apologize that this was not properly followed up on. That was a miss on our part.
      Regarding the bill you received, please note that it was generated and sent prior to your recent conversation with our representative. We want to reassure you that your account has been fully cancelled and the balance has been removed.

      Heres a sharper, meaner version that doesnt hold back:?This company is a straight-up scam run by incompetent liars. I was charged $66 for a service that never happened. I canceled immediately, only to be contacted by some guy named ***** who admitted they charged me for nothing. He promised to make it rightsaid hed send someone out for free if I re-signed, and even threw in a discount for the next treatment. Against my better judgment, I gave him my card again. Big mistake. They charged me another $66 andshockerno one ever showed up. This is a pathetic excuse for a business. *** now had to file two fraud claims in one week. Not a single follow-up, no accountability, nothing. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dumpster fire of a company.

      Last summer somehow my yard half died and looked absolutely terrible. We called to see if someone there could come out and advise us what needed to be done. I emailed pictures to their support team and heard nothing back. I always had weeds close to the road, in my ditch and around the flowers beds. I finally canceled their service. I wouldnt recommend them to nobodyawful. Ive lived in my house for 35 yrs and it has NEVER looked so bad.

      Terrible experience! The technician that does the weekly service is a deceptive liar! He said that he spot treated weeds and never got off of his riding spreader. He never fully covered the full lawn area with fertilizer. My grass never looked this bad in 23 years. I didnt have weeds until i switched to their service. This was my first try with them and they are terrible! Dont sacrifice a few bucks to go with a slightly cheaper service. Its not worth it! The customer service *** said that they will send out a manager to take care of the problem and I never heard back from anyone. All around deceptive and will ruin your grass. Look elsewhere!

      I have been trying to contact them, on behalf of my father for several days, with no luck! Even this morning, I have been on hold for over 20 mins. They send a text, which you cant reply to and give you a bogus number to contact them back! Such poor customer service!! Here is the text with a bad number!! We're sorry, this number is not monitored by our team.For support, please contact us at 844-394-xxx Reply STOP to opt-out.I left a message for a call back and never got it, instead you did an application we didnt want at the time!! Check your voicemail from a couple weeks ago when you shut off your phone early for a staff meeting! So disrespectful, especially to seniors!!Thanks for ghosting your customers!! Im sure youll be contacting us when we dont pay your bill!! This company is a joke and could care less about customer requests! Stop taking advantage of senior citizens!!

      0 star option. I signed up for service and got no documentation or schedule of my services. They just came whenever they pleased and I was charged $48. After a time, I noticed it went up to $50 - no notification, no notice. Then I see a random $168 charge. No notification, no notice. I call to see what the charge is and the say its the normal charge plus some service I never agreed to have done this year. They are corrupt. They sign you up and intentionally turn off notifications or calls and dont disclose your services to you so they can come whenever and charge you whatever. Stay away from this trash company.

      I signed up with ********************** in 2023. They were sold and became ExperiGreen. I decided to go with a different lawn care company in 2024. ExperiGreen called me in February to ask if I wanted to renew and I informed them that I was going with a different lawn service in 2024. ExperiGreen still came out in late March 2024 and did a service on my property without any verbal or written agreement. I was not home at the time of the treatment. When I called to dispute the charge for the service, they refused to waive the charge and gave me a "courtesy" half off. Do NOT use ExperiGreen. The customer service agent refuses to waive the invoice and I am now being forced to pay for a service I never agreed to. What other service just shows up on your property and assumes you will pay for it? Horrible company and they don't care. They just want your money.

      This company is horrible to do business with. They said they come out and treated the yard which our security cameras show they did not treat the yard but they bill anyway.. we told him we want to cancel service and they come back out and do another treatment and send a bill for something we did not ask for.

      This service didn't help our yard at all. It was a waste of money and cancelling the service is a nightmare. We've been trying to cancel it and we keep getting the run around. They redirect us to sales or they tell us they can't do it. It's very frustrating. I don't recommend them at all.
