I wanted my heating vents cleaned, then decided I wanted and needed them replaced once the repairman got there. They convinced me that I needed a new furnace. And yeah he'd take care of the heating vents, "they'll get me all fixed up" they said. So, after he sold me the furnaces, and acting like he was really helping me. AFTERALL, HE'S AN HONEST church going guy, out to help people.... NOT!!!! I now know, when someone says all that, major red flag!! RUN!!! Anyways, he gave me a quote that was suppose to be for the furnace and new vents.... Then after installing the furnace, said my vents didnt need replaced (even though I could see my basement through my vent)?? He didnt change my vents, and I was overcharged $300! Anyways, I had someone come out to clean my vents, and they showed me all the gaps in my vents and that they definitely need replaced!! So, these guys was too lazy and scammers! He was suppose to email me a contract, of our agreement, they never did, now I KNOW WHY! Because he had no intentions to do what I wanted!! $1500 later, IM STILL IN THE SAME SITUATION I WAS IN!!! IF you want screwed, these are the guys for you!! ENJOY

I was call out in March to a service call for no heat. when I arrived at the house the customer was using space heaters to heat their home. this customers furnace was rotten at the bottom of unit and was drawing its return form the sand floor that was in their basement. While inspecting the house i saw they had filters on every heat run to keep sand from coming up in living space. They also had blocked off all the returns so that the cold air from basement wouldn't come in living space. I let her know i had just pulled out a furnace that was roughly 5 yrs. old cause a customer wanted to upgrade. I told her furnace was in good shape and that I could replace her unit with this one and hook up the return duct so unit would work more efficiently. she agreed to the situation. the total cost was *******. I let this customer make payments to me because she couldn't afford the total amount all at one time. so, her payments were ****** a month. we also installed a coil in her plenum for future A/C installation. After furnace was paid off, she called and wanted an A/C installed and at that time I was not in the financial position to let her make payments on that unit. she was very upset and said I promised her an A/C. I again told her I was not in the position to do what I did before. At that point we ended the conversation and I haven't heard from this customer until this complain. I'm sorry she is unhappy with the situation but I did everything I said I would do. she never asked about cleaning her ducts because I would have told her we don't offer that conversation,
