      ******************* in ************ location has biased lending practices which ultimately disqualifies 1st time home buyers, especially of color. The ***** programs designed for primarily African American consumers to qualify seem to be 'redlined' with frivolous requirements. I was ' qualified & approved' twice for a mortgage only that underwriting halted process to closing for reasons not cited with previous approval.

      I bought a **** Ram truck that was financed through horizon bank. I traded my truck within a year and dealing with the horizon staff towards the end of me trading in my vehicle. The staff were very rude and short with not just me but also to the dealership staff that were trying to payoff my loan. Multiple customer service employees had attitudes and were not very professional. If you could avoid this bank I highly recommend it.

      I need a bank where I can access my money. It took several months to get direct deposit set up. I've had to reset my pin number repeatedly on my debit card. It will work for the first transaction, then will not. I need to be able access my money. Very dissatisfied. I switched to Horizon initially because I moved to ******* from out of state and it is a local bank with branch offices near me. It shouldn't be difficult to use my own money.
