I couldnt be happier with the deck built by HKS Remodeling! The team was professional, hardworking, and truly skilled at their craft.The deck itself is incredibly sturdy and beautifully designed I can tell it was built to last! A special shoutout to ****, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and communication throughout the process made working with him an absolute pleasure.If youre looking for a dependable construction company that delivers exceptional results, look no further. Very professional. **** and his crew were exceptional. They built an absolutely solid multi-level deck. **** provided some great design ideas and the results were amazing. We constantly receive compliments about the deck. He kept us informed throughout the project, daily in person , except on rain days when he would phone. We always knew what was happening. There were no surprises. He handled it all from building permit to the occupant permit. He knew the building code and spoke with inspectors when they came . The inspectors never had issues with his work. He was with his crew on site every day they were here. His price was fair with no hidden or unexpected extra fees. ( I thought it was a good deal). He responded to initial inquiry quickly and held to the timeline. He even called this spring to check in with us. HKS is an honest, competent and reliable construction company. Did a great job on replacing my deck. Came out despite the sometimes in-climate weather . They took their time and did the job right. Good people to work with.
