    The owner who does the towing is a very rude and unprofessional person. He has nobody working in the office to handle customers. You have to call them when you go there and then have to wait hours for someone to come there. I was waiting at office to pay my dues. Owner pulls up in truck after I was waiting two hours and screaming lets go at me as if Im suppose to know hes the person to release my vehicle to me. I thought he was just a tow truck driver going back into the yard. I gave him paperwork police gave to me and he threw it back at me because all he wanted was the cash. I never even got a receipt and had to call police to get my vehicle because he would not give it to me.

    Extremely Rude, disrespectful, and dishonest. They take advantage of people, scamming money from people. My car was towed there, when trying to pick up, he stated he was not there it is 1:30 pm on a Monday. ******* is the next day, he refused to give my car and continued to charge by the day. Horrible Horrible Horrible

    The owner of the business is a scam artist. He lied on chief police *****************************. And is holding my car hostage and charging insane prices so I cant get it back. Ever encounter since he towed my car has been vicious and Im a young mother whos just trying to get my only way of transportation back.
