    Unprofessional and disrespect. Lied to about the status of my property and got the run around when trying to pick it up. After 4.5 hrs of waiting. I was told to f**k off and come back the next day

    I have called this service 3 times for others. Once for on the road breakdown and twice for non emergency towing. The first 2 times were prompt and fine and a good price but on the third occasion, they had not gotten to it after 96 hours and had no idea when they would. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for this.

    I assume you are asking for more info regarding the failure to provide service within 96 hours. While I can provide a copy of the receipt from the company that did the job, I am giving here the contact times and comments I recall for the last service request for Pearson with personally identifiable inf deleted:Sep 2 4:03P Initial call stating that a (description deleted) needed to be towed from a driveway at (Lafayette location) to a driveway at (Lafayette location) and that it was locked. I was told that he could not do it today.Sep 3 11:38A I called asking for some idea when the job would be done because I had things to do today and needed to plan my schedule. He had no idea.Sep 3 2:53P I called to ask when the job might be done and was told that he had no idea Sep 6 9:27A I called to ask when the job might be done, I was told that a truck had gone down over the weekend and he had no idea when it could be done Sep 6 8:52 P I called to cancel order, saying that someone else had done the job in a more timely manor
