"I have never dealt with a business like heartland in ******, this morning, when I called to get satisfaction on a situation about my contact lenses, I was told that I had used my benefits from ******** on glasses that I had no intention of getting when they were told to me they were free, now today when I come into the store, I brought back the glasses and ask for a credit, and they told me that I couldnt return them because they were customize, what do you mean my prescription?
