    I highly recommend Brian Elmore. He made maneuvering through the insurance claim much easier. He is very knowledgeable in his field, keeps you updated and was a pleasure to deal with.

    Brian at Your Public Adjuster has been nothing short of amazing! In a neighborhood where many homes were getting their roof replaced for hail damage, my insurance company was denying my claim. I wasn't getting anywhere leaving me extremely frustrated and feeling as though I had no recourse. Thankfully, I shared my frustration with someone who recommended Brian, and he took care of everything from that point forward! I watched as Brian easily navigated through the hoops and roadblocks that my insurance company previously put before me. Brian worked very hard on my behalf. The insurance company was relentless, but so Brian, and my roof was finally replaced! Communication from Brian could not have been better. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I can't recommend him enough. I am sure my roof would not have been replaced had he not been involved.

    I received the best service. Brian took care of everything I needed to have done. My insurance tried to under cover the claim and Brian ensured they paid out everything they should and all repairs were done. Within a month my home was restored. While I hope I never have to go through that again, I am content in knowing that I can reach out to YPA if I do.
