    We contacted Big Bear and set up an appointment to have an estimate on a large tree in our back yard. They called and stated somehow they had overlooked us and to give them a call. We decided to call and give them another chance. Set up an appointment the next day, no one was going to be home but they would put the estimate in the mailbox. Once again a no show. Not a way to run a business and we will not recommend them or call them again. Just not reliable and that reflects what kind of company they are and how they do their work.
