Adf Bone Dry just finished up my roofing yesterday, and it was a great process start to finish. ****** came out to do the estimate, which included pictures and videos highlighting positive things (like attic insulation still to spec and roof decking looking good from inside) to the things that are obvious issues, like cracked ridge shingles and missing or damaged shingles. The estimate was clear and easy to understand, and ****** showed me examples of how they communicate with customers on their jobs.Once we decided to go with Bone Dry, the process continued to be very smooth and easy, with great communication, and lots of in-process pictures from the supervisor ****** documenting everything. The crew did a great job of protecting the property, and cleaning up once done. The assistant ** ****** came out today (Saturday on Memorial Day weekend) to do the follow-up inspection. He found a couple of nails missed in a downspout, and one part around a cupola that needs a small touchup, but I am thrilled with the level of QA detail done to spot these things and make sure it's a high quality job, rather than just let those things slide.The price was well within my expectation for the job, and with the included warranties, that includes free 5 year inspections, this feels like a fantastic investment. A tree had lost its branch that fell into the house in a recent storm.. I called Bone Dry to get a quote & used them. They came out when they said, and completed the job. They were professional and did the repair completely at a fair price.

I purchased a home in May 2024 with a roof installed by Bone Dry. Before closing, the roof was inspected and repaired by Bone Dry under the previous owners *********** April 2025, I experienced a roof leak. When I contacted Bone Dry, they informed me that the warranty is only transferrable within 60 days of closing and requires a fee. Because that process was not completed - they would not be honoring the warranty. While that policy is understandable, it was not included in the warranty documentation I received from the previous owner. When I requested a copy of the transfer policy, Bone Dry stopped responding entirely. This lack of transparency is disappointing. A company includes a policy like this to protect themselves if the roof is not properly maintained or work is performed by someone else. In this case, Bone Dry is using the policy to protect against repairing their own work. If Bone Dry is not confident in the quality of their own workmanship - why should you consider them for work on your property?Bone Dry Roofing

Youre right, our warranty transfer policy does require it to be completed within 60 days of closing, along with a small fee. The goal is to ensure we have accurate records and that the roofs been properly maintained. That said, if this policy wasnt included in the documentation you received, and no one followed up with you when you asked for it, thats on us and thats not the kind of service we aim to provide.
This policy isnt meant to avoid responsibility, especially for work weve done ourselves. We want to stand by the quality of our roofs, and Im sorry if this situation made it feel otherwise.We have forwarded your concern on to the management team who is reviewing the situation and will be in touch.

From my first contact with Bone Dry Roofing and all throughout the installation of my new roof, everyone I have had contact with has been professional, polite and very helpful. They kept me informed of step and sent pictures and video to show me exactly what they were doing and seeing. I was so pleased with the results of having my retaining wall repaired and having a new limestone cap placed on it. I was given 2 options of how I could have the wall repaired and so glad I chose this option. The attention to detail and meticulous care was amazing. They were also great about communicating with me of when they would be there and giving me updates on the process. Would totally recommend them for masonry work.Bone Dry Roofing
