I am having an issue with Apartment Property and have reached out to the **************** and left voicemails as well as emails and no one has answered or responded. I am currently seeking legal assistance for the apartment issues. I have only lived at the property for 1yr.

Good Evening, Reporting my Apartments Stratford Place for Towing my vehicle without having appropriate signs. I have been a resident for almost a year bought a new car in March asked for another parking pass and was never give another one. On Friday 11/5/2022 my car was towed in front of my home. I have reached out to the realtor group that is over my apartment and have not received a response. I have so many issues with this apartment complex its not funny. I would like my money back for the inconvenience and for the property being out of compliance. There are only signs in front of the office not in front of our building.

    **************,

I am emailing today to respond to complaint #******** regarding ******************************* who resides in an apartment community our firm manages at *************************************************************************** Apartment ** This compliant had two components which I will answer as follows:

    • ******************** claims that her attempts to reach our corporate office via email and/or voicemail were unsuccessful. These claims are false, and we do not find any evidence that she has emailed us or left any voicemails for anyone in our corporate office. I will also add that if this were an accurate criticism, it would be poor customer service on our behalf, but I dont think it would ever reach the level of something the BBB would feel the need to get involved with.
    • ******************** also claims that she had a vehicle towed from the property and that the property was lacking some type of signage and for that reason it should not have been towed. ******************** is correct that she requested to have two vehicle tags, however, we informed ******************** that only one auto tag per licensed driver on the lease was allowed. We have a towing company that comes through the complex regularly and is authorized to tow vehicles that do not have the appropriate parking tags presented. The vehicle that was towed was not a permitted vehicle. There is signage throughout the property warning vehicle owners about the towing policy and there is ample visitor parking available. This vehicle was parked in resident space and ******************** was aware of the complex rules.

I hope this clears up any confusion for ******************** and answers any questions you have for us on these matters. If you still need additional information, I am available via this email address or via telephone *********************) at your convenience to discuss this matter.

    Thank you,

    ****
