"Would give the ******************** a 0 if I could they pick people up when they want to not at the scheduled time when you call dispatch to ask the reason your ride is late they give you every excuse in the book there have been times my driver was over an hour late picking me up and every time I'd call for an eta I was told either 20 minutes or within the hour not to mention major hipa violations when combining rides with random people they only call prior to arrival 1 out of 4 trips and there have been several occasions when they come 30 to 45 minutes early and expect someone to be ready it's like they don't comprehend the concept of a schedule"
