Credence Innovations presents itself as a marketing agency, but there are serious concerns about its legitimacy. First, researching the company is nearly impossible due to its constant name changes. They seem to rebrand frequently, making it hard to track any consistent history. The office itself has a temporary setup, almost like they could pack up and leave at any moment. In my experience, the job I was hired for was nothing like what was advertised. Despite my suspicions, I went to the orientation with 29 other people. We were all told we would become "Directors of Internal Expansion," a title that seemed misleading from the start. Credence posts job openings on platforms like Indeed and Handshake, but the job description frequently changes. They promise a salary of at least $65,000 a year, but when you arrive at the orientation, the reality is very different. The pay is actually $10 an hour with the potential for commission. However, that $10/hour is only a base pay, and its essentially an override if you dont make enough in commission to exceed that ********** of the most troubling aspects is how the companys HR team pressures you for personal information under the guise of completing the onboarding process. Its later revealed that they are selling this information. After attending two meetings, I started to feel something wasnt right, so I did some research. I discovered the company has changed its name multiple times to avoid negative reports. Some of the names I found include Gold Stream Solutions, **************** Solutions, and Credence Innovations.Additionally, Credence claims to partner with major tech companies like *****, ******, and Android. However, their partnerships seem to be nothing more than selling products from these companies at stores like ****** or ****** to meet sales targets, not any actual collaboration with these brands. They also list the Better Business Bureau (BBB) on their website.
