    I have been a loyal customer, and always have had good ********************** before. Recently, a gentleman spent about an hour repairing a refrigerator compressor and we were charged $850 for labor. When we called to inquire why that rate was so high we were told that he is just so good with a difficult repair that this is just the way it is. I guess shame on me I will be shopping around I need repairs again.

    He is a long time customer and it was $105 for the trip charge, $300 for compressor install ************ & $445 labor and I don't apologize for ****'s years of skill and experience to do this job in a timely manner when all goes well. Your average tech would take 3-4 hrs to do this same sealed system job. We charge by the job, not the hour. He also got it for $100 less than most customers pay. we also come back if you need us and guarantee our work. He was free to call someone else he didn't like the quote we gave him before we did the job.

    The fridge is fixed! Thanks so much to Choose Your Time Appliance Repair for being so quick and professional. Our repairman was here within the time frame they gave us and fixed our fridge in under 30 minutes! The cost was very reasonable and I really appreciate the phone call on the way to the house to let me know that they were within 10 minutes of arriving.
