    I contracted PCB Logistics *** on November 26, 2024, to ship my vehicle from ** to **. I paid a $500 non-refundable reservation fee upfront- Plus an additional $500 to pay the delivery fee. However, after experiencing dishonest practices and a lack of transparency from the company, I decided to cancel my order.Per their terms and conditions, cancellations prior to carrier assignment are subject to a $200 processing fee, and any remaining amount should be refunded. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I have not received any evidence that a carrier was assigned to my order or approval of a pickup was given.I formally requested cancellation of my order, citing the companys dishonesty and the absence of agreement regarding carrier assignment. However, PCB Logistics has refused to refund the remainder of my payment, contrary to their stated policies.This experience has caused significant frustration and inconvenience. Their refusal to honor their terms and conditions, combined with poor customer service, is unacceptable.

    After reviewing your complaint, we understand your dissatisfaction and the reasons for your cancellation request. While our terms and conditions outline a $200 processing fee for cancellations before carrier assignment, we value your feedback and want to demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction.

    We have decided to issue a full refund to your original payment method we have attached refund screenshot. Please allow 24 hrs for the funds to appear in your account.

    We appreciate your feedback and take all concerns seriously. However, I would like to clarify a few points regarding your complaint.

    Price Changes: The price adjustment was due to the availability of drivers at a higher rate on the specific date you requested. As per the terms outlined in your contract, prices are subject to change based on market conditions, such as driver availability.

    Pickup Date: We always strive to meet our customers preferred pickup dates. However, on the date you requested, the only available drivers were at a higher rate. This was communicated to you, and we attempted to offer alternatives.

    Contract Terms: The contract you agreed to clearly states that both the price and pickup date may vary due to factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee the same price if a driver is not available at the originally quoted rate.

    Cancellation Fee: The contract also stipulates a $200 cancellation fee, which is standard for situations where the service is canceled. Despite this, we made an exception and agreed to adjust the $100 reservation fee toward your total, as per our discussion and we waived off the cancellation fee.

    We value transparency and fairness in all our transactions and always operate within the terms of the agreement. If you have further questions or need additional clarification, please dont hesitate to reach out.
