    I am a former Givelify app user. Overall, my experience with ********************** has been pleasant and good; up until December 2022 when unauthorized transactions from my checking account happened twice. I reported this incident to my bank and to Givelify as well. The transactions caused insufficient funds for each occurrence and Givelify blamed me for the incidents. I would never want my checking account to go negative and I would like them to take responsibility for their actions and not blame the victim. I continued to use the app in 2023, but vow to not use the app anymore in ****. I reported them to the ******** ************************* in an effort for them to acknowledge their wrongdoing and hopefully apologize, but instead, they continued to play the blame game.
