  I was very pleased with the work from Michaelis. I had a water leak and mold. They quickly took care of the mold and left an air cleaner. Several of my kitchen base cabinets had to be replaced. They built the cabinets and matched the stain to the rest of the cabinets. You can't tell the difference. I also had some extra custom work that had to be done installing new appliances. This work was not covered by insurance but their workmen did beautiful work altering existing cabinet to fit new ovens. They did a wonderful job of clean up. I would definitely recommend Michaelis.

  Michaelis did a great job and very professional people to work with. I'm pleased as to how it turned out. I would us Michaelis again and refer them to others. There was a problem with the plumbers BNC Plumbing who was a sub contractor not Michaelis. They tried to scam me to pay them for work they were actually doing and being paid under their contractor Michaelis. I did report this to the project manager hope this was taken care of and never happens to other elderly people like me.

  They did an excellent job of fixing a foundation leak in our basement. The repair crew was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did a great job and the room had the drywall replaced and walls painted. All quality work. Best of all, it was at a very reasonable price.

  I highly recommend this company for fire/smoke restoration. The team was there from the get go.Installed machines to clean the air and remove harmful odors. The estimator was quick to get me an estimate for clean up. Once my insurance company approved the claim, things went well.The project manager **** was such a joy to work with an I am very happy with them.

  The Michaelis crew did an excellent job repairing a wall in my basement that had been damaged by water and termites. And I appreciate that the construction manager, ****, provided me with a customer walkthrough opportunity (without requiring me to request it!) prior to final payment.

  I am more than grateful to Michaelis for their prompt response to a very wet basement. The men we worked with are conscientious and were willing to go the extra mile on a few days when I knew they were stretched pretty thin. Whenever I texted them, I got a response soon. No question was too silly. It's overwhelming to wake up to a mess of water. Step by step, they explained the process of restoration. They will complete the final step very soon.

  They took my deposit to do interior construction 4 months ago and never came back to do the job and never returned the deposit. I have since found out they were doing other jobs and ignoring mine. One of the neighbors on one their jobs, said they were rude, threw roofing shingles on their fence from the house they working on and damaged it their fence.= I found out later from another contractor Michaelis will routinely give one price and later come back and try to increase it after contract signed. I will not use them or recommend them to any of my customers ever again and I have plenty who need work done.

  The customer signed a contract with ********************** for interior renovations. The contracted scope needed to be changed due to some unforeseen circumstances upon further investigation. We did our best to make the customer happy and complete the contracted work, but were unable to do so. We have issued a full refund to the customer.

  Our project manager was extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, and communicative. Project went well. We are very pleased with results. Garage door looks great and cannot tell we had 2 individual doors rebuilt into 1 large door . Would use again for future projects.
