    cannot renew or stay in my lease at the ****** after 13 months of paying on time due to a misdeamenor found that's non violent and the property manager is treating me like a criminal when I offered to add someone else or pay in cash they said no. this building they own the ****** is a joke and they use a company rent grow for the screening who said I have no issues.

    I work in their building at ***************. Every interaction I have had with their staff has been unpleasant. Today, I had to members of their staff say not my problem when I couldn't access part of the build. They also just let anyone walk in the loading dock and around the basement of the building, which is abnormal is ***. Today I was forced to use the fright elevator which would not work until after the operator had to kick the doors for a solid min to get it to work (have a video).

    They buy properties for their portfolio that they are unable to maintain. Good luck if you are unfortunate enough to use one of their buildings. Grass is never cut on time as landscapers are not called or paid, emails are rarely returned on time, promises are made but never kept. We had to call code enforcement to have them take care of a building issue which was harmful to our workers, only then did they take care of something. Read your lease very carefully, as they never want to be responsible for anything and will misuse their words to be only in their favor.

    They are currently mismanaging my apartment complex. I was hoping it would get better when they took over, but it continues to go down the drain and they just want to sign new tenants. Stay away. They have failed to complete any repair to my satisfaction or in a timely manner. The lease states 48 hours and they take weeks to months. Packages are constantly being stolen even though we have security. Maybe employees are stealing them?
