"I had a bus ticket with Miller Transportation through Greyhound the bus never showed up for pick up after calling twice for status's and speaking with someone, no one could provide details of the bus all they did was take my information and stated someone would call me back still waiting 2 hours at the bus stop in the cold and rain for a return call regarding the bus, greyhound stated they were unable to do anything since it was not a greyhound bus."
