    I have used the ****** **** Electric Service at least 10 times on different problems.1) He almost never service my problems, but send his son.2) *********** provides skilled electrical service, is usually on time, and has reasonable charges.3) The last time his son serviced me, I was overcharged.4) I was charged BOTH a $50 service charge plus electrical charges.5) A $50 service charge is given if they come out and DO NOT DO THE JOB.6) When I complained about the overcharge, he refused to refund it.7) This has never happened before. I AM IRATE. I FEEL CHEATED.

    **** ******* ******* I am wholeheartedly dismayed by this complaint. Every time you called for assistance from us we were there and always got the job done for you. Let me start with

    1)He almost never service my problems, but send his son.

    My son is an employee of this company and very qualified to service all your needs whether they are electrical or HVAC. I do not understand why who comes is an issue. 

    2)The company provides skilled electrical service, is usually on time, and has reasonable charges.

    I thank you for acknowledging these qualities about us. As we strive to remain competitive in the industries we serve we have always kept our customers at the top of our priority list. 

    3) The last time his son serviced me, I was overcharged.

    **** ******* you were never overcharged. In fact, since you are/ were one of our repeat customers your ********************** call fee was $50 down from the $89 we typically charge for a service call. Our trucks cost money once we turn the key. We have gas, time, wear and tear on our vehicles, business liability insurance, commercial auto insurance. I understand it hurts when you have get repairs because they cost money but, we are the ones you called to get things fixed we are not the ones breaking your belongings. At the end of the day **** ******* there is a service and you have been paying that for years now. I have all the invoices with your approval and signature to confirm you were aware and willing to pay for what we did EVERY TIME. I can resend them to you if you like.  

    4) I was charged BOTH a $50 service charge plus electrical charges.

    Yes **** ******* that is correct. You were charge a $50 service call for us to come out to your property and you were charged a $50 for labor to install the light fixture. Then you were charged for the labor to install your thermostat and you were charged labor to repair the ceiling fan that was improperly hung by someone you previously hired for a deal on the installation.  

    5) A $50 service charge is given if they come out and DO NOT DO THE JOB.

    This is FALSE **** ******** You are charged a service call when we are summoned to make some type of repair or installation. The only time we do not charge is when we provide a free estimate for a new project. That means no turning a s**** driver and no diagnosing issues. That is labor and requires a fee.

    6) When I complained about the overcharge, he refused to refund it.

    **** ******* there was no overcharge or typo. You knew the charges before you paid and you even signed on the job. We have your signature of acceptance of the charges. As a courtesy but make no mistake, just as a courtesy as a long time customer I was going to give you a discount on the next job. By no means am I admitting to overcharging you because as I stated you saw and agreed to ALL the charges PRIOR to you making the payment. I was just going to be nice to you as our customer.

    7) This has never happened before. I AM IRATE. I FEEL CHEATED.

    You are correct **** ******* this has never happened before nor did it happen this time. Just like every last call to your properties you have seen all the charges, you have agreed to all charges including a signature from you, and you have made all payments with a card and were very aware of the charges prior to payment. You never complained and have always paid so I was completely caught off guard by this attempt to smear me and the company.

    I apologize that you feel the way that you do about our company. After all these years it saddens me that you would take to these lengths to try to harm our reputation. I have to say this is far from the truth about how conduct business. I wholeheartedly wish you the best and hope this message will help you better understand your invoice from October.

    I can't say enough good things about **** Electric. They do a great job, really superior ******************************** is pretty competitive. Highly recommend.

    ************ We have a electrical Problem with some of our outlets in the kitchen and where you're trying to find somebody to help figure out the problem.. We figured we would look on the better business bureau website so that we can find a reputable company that would not take us for a ride. Everything started out good made an appointment for Sunday got email confirmation from them. The window of time that they set came and went And an hour and a half later we get a call and we told them it was too late in the evening so they reset the date for Monday Between 5 and 7:30 And no show again but the kicker was they didn't even bother to call us at all. We understand that people get busy but I believe common courtesy would be to give people a heads up.

    Mrs. ***** called us on Thursday October 19th at 5:32 p.m. and stated she had some outlets in her kitchen that were not working and if we can come by. I explained to her that we have a full schedule and that I would make an exception for her on Sunday October 22nd. I explained to her that I was working on a trailer I am remodeling that is literally 3 streets from hers in the same trailer park. I explained to her that I would go there on Sunday because I would be down the street and our plate was full for the upcoming week. I called her at 6:48 p.m. when I finished working for the day, she declined service at that time so I told her I would do my best to make it to her on Monday IF I was done early enough for the day. I did not finish my scheduled jobs until after 8 p.m. that Monday and never heard from Mrs. ***** again until she filed a complaint against us which I see only as a malicious attack. We never had the opportunity to service this individual so we can not call them a customer. Mrs. ***** and **** ******************** had no obligations in place and never provided any service.

    Professional, friendly, prompt, courteous and caring.********************* is by far one of the most honest people Ive come across when it comes to getting a professional estimate. I called because my furnace was making a loud noise whenever the blower came on. ***** came out and showed me it was the filter being sucked to the blower. When he moves it the blower quieted right down. While ***** was here he also showed me how the cold air return was not returning the cold air because it was not connected. Also my unit was 30+ years old. ***** gave me a reasonable estimate and came back a few days later to install my new furnace with a cold air return and the ability to add an air conditioner later. Thank you ************ will be calling you for my new air conditioning system.
