I went to the St ******* Home Builder show and spoke with the owner and got the information for siding. A few days later, **** #1 called and set up a time to come to the house to give an estimate. We picked out the color, trim, etc he told us it would be a couple weeks. A few weeks went by, we got a call they sent the wrong color we wanted for the board and ******, they didnt have the color we wanted. We had to pick a new color. A new color was picked, we were told it would be a couple more weeks. 6 weeks went by. Finally, the siding was delivered. The trim was the wrong color. Communication has been terrible up to this point, it takes weeks for someone to return a call. I missed work due to the fact that no one was there that was in charge of the job and no one knew how to speak English. The workers started to put the board and ****** on the bottom (it was supposed to go on top). I had to call the office to have someone call to tell them they were doing it wrong. They never put anything under the overhang like what we talked about originally with the sales guy. **** #2 doesnt return phone calls. We waited to go to the 2025 Home Builders show at ***************** and take pics so we could show the owner how terrible the job looks, only to find they werent there. Is it because they werent invited back? Do they treat all their customers like this? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and you dont get what is promised.Review fromLanre O

I got my roof replaced by Coast to coast. ****** ***** from Mokena is a good contact for me. He was able to coordinate things in a timely manner for me. Thank you guys.

Scammer in not honor cancellation in three business day law in illinois. Pretended to contract then removed credit of payment. Dont use themCoast to Coast Exteriors Inc

The contract was signed on Friday, October 4th. During the 2nd measurement for materials on October 7th the customer verbally advised us she wanted to cancel the contract. Coast To Coast Exteriors did acknowledge cancellation and cancelled the contract on October 7th in person and via email confirmation. The refund was processed on October 7th as well. The customer acknowledged on October 8th the refund was showing on her credit card account. This review is incorrect as the process was followed in a professional & timely manner.Review fromMrs. Lexi M

The estimator came to the house to give us a quote on all our windows, but we only replaced our sliding back door. He was efficient and friendly. The wait time for the door was too long for our liking (6 weeks) but when we finally did get the installation, the three installers were very polite, respectful of the property and quick. Unfortunately, they forgot to leave the key and by the time I noticed and called the office they had already left for the day, but the wonderful Summer came personally to drop off the key. BTW, thank you Miss ******!!We are definitely calling them back for all our future projects.Coast to Coast Exteriors Inc

Coast to Coast Exteriors replaced our roof and did an outstanding job. They were professional in all aspects - from discussing our options, presenting various shingle selections and colors, planning our roof replacement, arranging for delivery of materials, and flawlessly dealing with our insurance provider. ****************, supervised by *******, was outstanding! They completed our roof replacement in just 2 days. ******* was receptive to my requests and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship of his crew. I cannot recommend Coast to Coast enough!
