    Our floors had not been refinished in 22 years. We had our living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, mudroom, half bath, hallway and closet refinished. The entire process went so smoothly from the initial estimate to the scheduling and then to the implementation. The crew arrived promptly and wasted no time getting started. The thing that was immediately clear was how well they all worked together. Each of them was so polite and courteous, friendly, hard-working, professional and respectful. I cannot say enough good things about each and every one who worked on our project. They did a fantastic job! The floors are beautiful! I wanted to make sure to leave a review on BBB because it seems all the positive reviews are on ****** and Yelp, and if you're like me & do your due diligence, I always check out BBB first. We've been recommending Craig's Custom Hardwood to everyone we know.
